INITIAL DESIGN CONSULTATION
We begin with an in-person meeting to discuss your project scope, design preferences, and budget. This collaborative session allows us to understand your vision while assessing the site’s unique characteristics. SITE ANALYSIS AND PROPERTY ASSESMENT
In most cases, a full topographical survey is invaluable as a starting point. It provides an accurate base, eliminating errors and assumptions that could impact the design process. If you don’t have a recent survey, we can recommend trusted surveyors and advise on typical costs to help streamline your project.
INITIAL CONCEPT
The primary goal of this phase is to develop a high-level, 2D layout of your proposed landscape, transforming your vision into a functional, aesthetically pleasing design. We incorporate land use, access details, and topographical considerations to ensure both practicality and beauty.
This stage is highly collaborative, with ongoing client communication to refine the design. An on-site meeting will be arranged to present and discuss the initial concept plan, ensuring it aligns with your expectations and the site’s unique characteristics
PLANTING PLAN
Our Planting Design creates a beautiful, long-flowering scheme tailored to your chosen color palettes. We specialize in low-maintenance borders that look stunning year-round while also offering the opportunity to explore unique horticultural elements. If you only require a planting scheme without a full Concept Plan, we’d be happy to provide a quote
LIGHTING PLAN
For those considering garden lighting, we can develop a Lighting Plan early in the design process to ensure proper electrical load planning. From design conception to sourcing the final touches, we handle everything—creating a landscape that is both visually striking and highly functional.
DETAILED DRAWINGS: TURNING CONCEPT INTO REALITY
For larger projects, Concept Plans are converted into detailed drawings to ensure accurate pricing and construction. These can include, but are not limited to:
- Setting Out Drawings
- Construction Drawings for structures or water features
- Planning Application Drawings
We provide only the necessary drawings and will advise on what is required, ensuring that we never produce drawings for the sake of it—every plan serves a purpose in bringing your design to life.
